Jet Fans

Circular jet fans are essential components for car parking and tunnel ventilation systems, designed to provide effective air movement, pollution control, and smoke extraction. Here’s a focused breakdown of their key features specifically for car parks and tunnels: Jet fans are mounted on the ceiling and achieve their effect by means of the thrust (impulse) of the air outflow. A high induction of the surrounding air is produced here, and after a short time the volume of air in the entire space begins to circulate. This effect results in the transferred volume of air being several times greater than the actual flow volume of the fan. This central airflow is then drawn into the low-pressure area of the centrally aligned outlet air channel. The advantage: duct systems are not required

  • Compact Circular Design- Jet fans use an axial flow fan that pushes air along the axis of the fan
  • High Thrust Output- Thrust ratings (in Newtons) are key selection criteria.
  • Low Noise with Silencer- Integrated inlet and outlet silencers minimize noise levels
  • Durable Construction- Housings made from Mild/galvanized steel, aluminium impeller resistant to corrosion and heat
  • Smoke Extraction & Fire Safety- Certified to operate in high-temperature conditions (300*C for 2 Hrs)
  • Energy Efficiency & Control- Dual Speed motor (Class -H IE3) available to control CO levels or emergency needs.
  • Easy Installation and Maintenance – Ceiling-mounted with vibration isolators or brackets
  • Compliance with Standards- BS EN 12101-3 :2015 for smoke and heat control
  • Media temperature up to +300°C, 120 min. tested as per BS-EN 12101-3:2015.
  • In all models, the impeller with aerofoil blades is made of salt waterproof pressure die cast aluminium
  • Impeller-balanced according to DIN ISO 1940 Class G2.5,
  • Certified motor for smoke gases protection IP55, Insulation H IE2 (300*C/2hrs) , protected heat resistant electric feed cable,
  • Leading to metal connection box on fan casing. It adopts a “flying” position on the shaft of the drive motor located within the flow of air.
  • The thermally resistant connecting cable is protected against mechanical damage. A temperature-resistant, metal connection box is located on the side of the casing. On the suction and Discharge side, there is protective grating made of steel.
Car Parking Ventilation
  • Purpose: Remove vehicle exhaust gases (mainly CO ).
  • How it works: Jet fans create directional airflow, pushing polluted air toward exhaust points.
  • Features: Low noise, integrated CO sensors, and energy-efficient.
  • Fire Safety: Jet fans are also used to extract smoke during fire emergencies (F300 rated).
Tunnel Ventilation
  • Road, rail, and metro tunnels
  • Purpose:
    • Daily ventilation for exhaust fumes.
    • Emergency smoke extraction during fires.
